During this session Sista Sunday tunes into the elements of Taurus and the aspects in relationship to Taurus at the moment. Sista Sunday also revisits the notion of tuning oneself to their center of gravity and establishing their unique rhythmic timing through the heartbeat and breath. She describes the benefits of calibrating the mind, body and spirit for calming, neutralizing, and enhancing our resonant frequency. 

As always, Sista Sunday presents her perspective of the astrological positioning of the Sun and Moon, along with current notable planetary aspects. This week… cultivating our sensory perception and learning to manifest our dreams of the future into the earthly plane of the third dimension. The Sun squares the Moon as the last quarter.  And, we’ll begin preparing for the alignment of the Sun, Moon and Earth as an upcoming Solar Eclipse. For now, all roads lead to Taurus.
