In this episode Sista Sunday shares her astrological insights relating to the Autumnal Equinox, the zodiacal sign of Libra and the hermetic principle of Rhythm. She explores rhythm, timing, balance and counterbalance as she has experienced them through her cosmic embodiment practices. Cosmic Synchronization:

On an astrological level, there is so much in flux.  Sista Sunday emphasizes the Sun’s transition into the zodiacal sign of Libra, marking the Autumnal Equinox in the northern hemisphere. On the same day as the Equinox, Mercury traverses the sky between Earth and the Sun which is known as an interior Cazimi of Mercury. It is also described as entering the heart of the Sun and indicates a “New Mercury” cycle… like a new moon but with Mercury. Sista Sunday dives deep into the astronomical, astrological and esoteric significance of this season of the solar cycle. She then begins her conversation around the evolution of Libra in the zodiac. Regarding the waning moon, Sista Sunday highlights the Moon’s procession through several planets on its way to join the Sun for the New Moon on September 25th.
